PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY PAYMENTS UNTIL YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED.


  • Booth space for events are 12 x 12 for $30.00 for craft vendors and $50.00 for food vendors. Have questions/recommendations for the Parks & Recreation Board? Email recboard@charlestontn.gov
  • Food Truck Permit Fee for the Charleston Boat Ramp is $50 per day and $25 per additional day (3 day max).
  • All vendor applications are subject to Recreation Board approval. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and instructions on how to pay your vendor fee.
  • Vendor applications are  not  considered confirmed until payment is made and confirmed.
